1.What is a persona?
Personas are fictional characters based on your actual user. They help in identifying needs, experiences, behaviors, goals, and more.
It is a collective image of a segment of your target audience. It can’t be the face of the entire target audience, not just one person. Find a golden middle.
Start with the basic information – name, photo, age, marital status, job, income, residence, and so on. Authentic data is critical to developing true empathy.
More is better. Write down everything you know about your persona background. Tiny detail may lead to wonderful insight. Avoid unnecessary information.
Allows you to see how your goals align with the goals of your customers. Allows you to meet customers’ needs better and more holistically.
6.Motivation and pain
What motivates and frustrates your customers is something that must be stupid. It will show you what you can do to win their hearts and customers’ loyalty.
7.Add other data
Add skills, preferred brands, social networks, favorite apps, and tech that your persona uses. This will give you an even better understanding.
